Strength & Stability

Strength and Stability class offers a variety of techniques and equipment to help improve overall general strength. This class also focuses on improving muscles and activities to help promote better balance.
Focus & Flexibility

Thursday 9:00-9:45AM
Focus and Flexibility class targets flexibility, core stability and focused breathing to help promote improved range of motion, decreased aches and pains and improved mindfulness.

PWR! moves are amplitude based functional exercises developed to target skills that have deteriorated due to Parkinson's disease. The PWR! moves class consists of exercises that focus on posture, flexibility, balance, strength, and functional movements to help maintain and restore the skills needed to perform everyday movements and activities.
PWR! Moves I: Faster paced class, performed mostly in standing.
PWR! Moves II: Slower paced class, performed mostly seated.
Cardio
Monday 3:15-4:00PM
Aerobic exercise (exercise that increases your heart rate) has many benefits including improved brain health, increased energy, improved sleep, and decreased risk for many health conditions! Our cardio class is a fun way to incorporate aerobic exercise into your weekly routine and will include use of interval training and circuits. Improve your endurance and activity tolerance in a lively group setting. Exercises performed in class will be primarily standing, but can be modified to accommodate previous injuries and no previous experience is necessary.
Speak Loud!

Our Loud voice group will help you maintain and improve your ability to speak strongly and clearly. The classes focus on exercises and conversational skills in a small group setting to allow you to practice your loud and intentional voice in a supportive environment.
Yoga
Monday
4:15-5:00 PM
This all-levels class weaves together fluid vinyasa sequences and grounding postures, encouraging you to cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner peace.
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
Parkinson's Disease Education and Support Group
Group meets the last Wednesday of each month 3:00-4:00 pm
Every month we meet to learn more about a different topic related to Parkinson's disease. Join us to learn, discuss, meet other people affected by Parkinson's disease, and be supported in your health and wellness goals.
